As the first Agency Director, my duties included:
Leading the execution of all internal branding for long-term usage
Directing daily operations, supervising cross-functional teams, and leading weekly meetings to coordinate workflow and execution
Serving as primary liaison between clients, faculty advisors, and student teams while managing project timelines, approvals, deliverables, and overall quality control
Recruiting, onboarding and mentoring members to strengthen collaboration, support agency growth, and maintain professional campaign standards
Team lead for 5 client projects, as well as compile pitch decks and present to numerous potential clients
